This ride is definitely one of the classic wooden coasters ever built.  The view from the first hill was just enough to make me want to ride it over and over again.  See for yourself as you soar through the wind and through two tunnels.  The Beast was made with Southern pine lumber with a redwood finish.  For this one coaster, 650,000 board feet were used.  I would recommend this ride to all who love excitement!!!
